R Collard is looking for a bright and ambitious Cashbook and Credit Controller to join their friendly team in Eversley. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail orientated professional who enjoys building strong relationships, reducing debtor days, and supporting business cash flow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Post bank and cash transactions
• Process payments and BACS uploads
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Chase overdue debts via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
• Resolve invoice queries and payment disputes efficiently.
• Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Produce aged debt reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness.

• Previous experience in a Cashbook Controller or Accounts Receivable role
• Confident managing high-volume collections activity
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel and finance systems (EvoMX desirable)
• Experience working within an SME environment would be advantageous
• Full driving license
