We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our team. You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including older people and individuals with physical disabilities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.
Responsibilities- Assist resident with personal care needs, including washing dressing & toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and repositioning.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report any changes to nurse.
- Reassure & Maintain accurate records of Care.
- Full training will be provided.
- Basic IT skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
- NVQ Level 2, GCSE English, Polish, Maths & ICT (or equivalent).
