The Role:

Work alongside a dedicated and highly motivated team committed to delivering exceptional care to a diverse resident group Support the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the home Lead and motivate the care team to ensure high clinical standards Act as a visible and positive role model, promoting a person-centred approach to care Maintain and enhance clinical and social care standards Develop, review, and update clinical policies and procedures Deputise for the Nurse Manager when required Support budget management and contribute to the financial efficiency of the home
