Senior HR Advisor

Job Role:

Senior HR Advisor in Cookstown We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to lead all HR activity at a standalone site of around 90 employees.

This role is responsible for day-to-day HR operations, delivering people-focused initiatives, and providing practical, customer-focused support to managers and team members in line with policies and employment law.

• Act as the primary HR partner for managers and supervisors, providing guidance across all HR matters.
• Support performance management, goal-setting, and capability reviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Lead engagement, culture, inclusion, and change initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR policies and ensure consistent application.
• Oversee absence management and coordinate occupational health.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance matters professionally.
• Administer weekly and salaried payroll.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Prepare required HR reports.

• HR degree advantageous.
• CIPD membership or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Ability to manage a busy HR workload and work collaboratively across multiple sites.
