About this role As an HR Graduate / Talent Administrator, you'll dive into the heart of our People function, gaining invaluable exposure across the full spectrum of HR.

Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of generalist HR responsibilities and a specialist focus on Learning & Development. You will be the primary coordinator for all training activities, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and support the annual Personal Development Review (PDR) process. This role is a fantastic launchpad for your career. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop a broad skill set in recruitment, employee relations, and engagement, contributing to projects that enhance the employee experience.
