In this varied role, you will provide crucial HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and engagement. You will also take a lead on coordinating our training and development activities, helping our people to grow and reach their full potential. As an HR Graduate / Talent Administrator, you'll dive into the heart of our People function, gaining invaluable exposure across the full spectrum of HR. Your day‑to‑day will be a dynamic mix of generalist HR responsibilities and a specialist focus on Learning & Development. You will be the primary coordinator for all training activities, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and support the annual Personal Development Review (PDR) process.

This role is a fantastic launchpad for your career.
