HR Business Partner - Lead People and Performance at our Cookstown site
Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to act as the senior HR lead for our Cookstown manufacturing site. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll work closely with operational leaders to build a high-performing, engaged and capable workforce that supports business objectives and operational excellence.

This is a highly visible role with real scope to make a difference. You'll take the lead on some of the site's most important people challenges, including colleague engagement, retention, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness. Success in this role will come from building credibility across the operation, being present on the shop floor and delivering practical solutions that improve both the colleague experience and business performance.

Key Duties
  • Partner with the Site Leadership Team to deliver business objectives through effective people plans.
  • Lead initiatives to improve colleague engagement, retention and overall employee experience.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations matters.
  • Build strong relationships across all areas of the site through a visible and hands-on approach.
  • Support managers to strengthen leadership capability, performance and accountability.
  • Lead organisational change and continuous improvement activity from a people perspective.
  • Analyse people data and trends to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven HR Business Partner or senior HR leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation and employee relations best practice.
  • Skilled at influencing, coaching and constructively challenging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the people agenda at one of our key manufacturing sites, where your impact will be visible across the operation. You'll join a leadership team committed to improving culture, developing capability and building an environment where colleagues can succeed and stay.

You'll have the autonomy to influence decision-making, tackle meaningful people challenges and help shape the future of the site, while benefiting from the support, stability and career opportunities that come with being part of a growing international food business.
