• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Buyer / Purchasing role within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for handling procurement data

• Source and purchase goods, materials, and services aligned with business needs and budgets
• Manage and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal price, quality, and delivery terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimise stock levels
• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
