Salary: £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £32,000–£34,000) per annum + Van (Personal Use)

About the Role

We are an agency recruiting on behalf of a leading cleaning company seeking reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join their specialist team.

This role involves working across retail sites nationwide, carrying out a range of specialist external and industrial cleaning duties, including cleaning external cladding, signage and guttering, pressure washing, high-level cleaning and warehouse cleaning. The role will also involve light grounds maintenance, including hedge trimming and general outdoor upkeep.

You will work as part of a two-person team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times. This role will cover 35 sites across Northern Ireland.

• Cleaning external cladding, signage and guttering to a professional standard
