Brief synopsis of the role:
As the Client Services Executive, you will act as the central point of contact between clients, consultants, facilitators and the internal team, ensuring programmes are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards. This is a varied role that combines project coordination, stakeholder management and operational planning, making it ideal for someone who thrives in an engaging and dynamic position. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of client projects and development programmes Coordinate project schedules, resources and delivery timelines Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and delivery partners Work closely with facilitators and consultants to ensure successful programme execution Monitor project progress and proactively manage deadlines and deliverables Coordinate assessments, diagnostics and programme activities Support the preparation of client proposals and tender submissions Produce project reports and provide regular updates to key stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience Ensure projects/events are delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with client expectations What you will bring/be equipped with:
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. At least 3 years' experience in client services/management, training coordinator, events/operations or a similar business-services focused role Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Well-developed communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas and effective stakeholder engagement Equipped with the ability to manage competing priorities in an ever-changing environment A proactive and solutions-focused approach Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality service Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications Whats in it for you:
