About the Role

This full-time opportunity exists within the Assembly Production Department.

• Work across various processes on the Assembly line to manufacture compressors, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met while applying lean manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure your workplace is clean, organized, and hazard-free, while following all Health & Safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Work rotational shifts of days and evenings and must be over 18.

Our Cookstown plant is one of the key manufacturing hubs for Copeland, located in Cookstown in the heart of County Tyrone. The site benefits from a strategic central position within Northern Ireland, providing strong road connectivity to major cities including Belfast and Derry/Londonderry, as well as access to key ports and logistics networks supporting UK and international operations. Cookstown has a long-standing reputation as a centre for engineering and manufacturing excellence, supported by a skilled and dependable workforce.
