Terex Cookstown is seeking a Night Shift Production Team Leader to lead the overnight production team in Cookstown. You will also perform welding/fabrication duties when required, ensuring production schedules, quality standards and safety expectations are met.
The role combines hands-on technical work with people leadership, requiring the ability to interpret complex drawings, drive Lean improvements, and maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping on the shop floor.
