Fabricator/Welder Team Leader - Cookstown

I'm currently recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing business based in Cookstown.

This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication, welding or production experience who is ready to step into a leadership role, or someone already leading a small team.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of a production team
• Helping organise workload and priorities
• Supporting quality, safety and production targets
• Working closely with supervisors and other departments
• Helping solve issues on the shop floor
• Encouraging good housekeeping and safe working practices

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in fabrication, welding, steelwork, production or manufacturing
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience would be ideal
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving ability
• A hands-on and positive attitude
• Good health and safety awareness

This would suit a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Fabricator, Senior Welder/Fabricator or someone ready to take the next step.
