Food Production Technician
Location:
Cookstown Salary: £12.71-£13.77 per hour, plus overtime
Hours:
7:00am-7:00pm / 7:00pm-7:00am Shift Pattern: 3 days, 3 days off, 3 nights
We are recruiting Food Production Technicians to join a modern, highly automated cheese and whey production facility in Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities
Operate automated cheese and whey production equipment.
Monitor production processes, quality and safety standards.
Maintain high hygiene standards, including CIP cleaning procedures.
Identify and report production or equipment issues.
Work independently and as part of a busy production team.
Essential Criteria
At least four GCSEs, including English, Mathematics and Science at Grade C or above.
Experience working on manufacturing lines using computerised control systems.
Knowledge of food manufacturing standards, including HACCP and CIP/COP procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable, flexible and comfortable working rotating day and night shifts.
Desirable Criteria
Previous food production or processing experience.
Food Safety training or qualification.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
