About the Role

You'll play a key role in our manufacturing operation, helping us produce high-quality lintels that are supplied to customers across the construction industry.

Working as part of a hands‑on production team, you'll be involved in the day‑to‑day manufacture, quality checking, handling and preparation of our products. This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in doing a job well and is looking to develop their skills within a busy manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team.
  • Operating production equipment and machinery following training and company procedures.
  • Preparing materials and components for the manufacturing process.
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet our required standards.
  • Following production specifications, processes and work instructions.
  • Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
  • Working towards daily production targets while maintaining quality.
  • Reporting any quality, equipment or production issues to your supervisor.
  • Supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
  • The ability to follow instructions and established processes.
  • Good timekeeping, reliability and a commitment to your role.
  • The ability to work safely in a busy manufacturing environment.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or a similar production environment would be an advantage but isn't essential as training will be provided.

  • A minimum of 2 months' experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
    , ideally in a similar production role.
  • Strong verbal communication, numeracy and interpersonal skills
    .
  • A positive and collaborative team player who works well with colleagues.
  • A hardworking and motivated approach, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Punctual, reliable and dependable
    , with a flexible approach to working additional hours when required during peak business periods.
