Fusion People Ltd are currently recruiting for a Fabricator / Welder Team Leader based in Cookstown, Northern Ireland. This role combines hands-on fabrication/welding with team supervision in a busy manufacturing environment.
You will support the day-to-day running of the production team, help plan workloads, ensure quality and safety targets are met, and collaborate with supervisors and other departments on shop floor improvements. Previous supervisory experience is ideal.
