At Profitec Solutions, you'd be the person building them. We're looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our growing team at our dedicated factory in Cookstown. Whether you're an experienced panel builder or someone with strong practical skills and a real hunger to learn, we want to hear from you.

As part of our production team, you'll be hands-on from day one assembling and wiring control panels that end up powering water treatment sites across the UK and Ireland. You'll be working to the highest standards of quality and safety, interpreting schematics, following proven procedures, and collaborating with a skilled team to hit production targets together. This isn't a job where you clock in and switch off.

40 hours per week, permanent position

You don't need to tick every box. We genuinely value attitude and potential as much as experience.
A hands-on, practical mindset with a keen eye for detail
Willingness to learn and take on new skills with enthusiasm
A team player who communicates well and pulls their weight
Previous experience in control panel production is advantageous, but not essential.
Experience using hand tools, whether through metalworking, woodworking or a similar trade, would be a definite bonus
