Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Brand Executive (Marketing Manager) reporting directly to the MD, you will develop and execute the company's marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement across all products.

Develop and implement annual brand plan and budgets.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, analyse sales info and conduct market research to drive marketing strategy.
Plan & delivery all marketing campaigns, to timescales and within budgets, such as;
New Product Launches, manage websites, build photograph & video portfolio.
Creative development, visual and messaging.
Video and CGI creation.
Technical and Promotional Literature, taking ownership of brief, copy content, photography, design, production and distribution.
Advertising campaigns – Direct Mail – PR – Events – Point of Sale – Social Media – PPC Campaigns – Email Marketing.
Provide marketing support for sales teams, agents, distributors and customers.
Support junior marketing team with development.

Requirements

Min 4+ years B2B Marketing Experience.
Degree in Marketing, Business or related subject.
Ideally experience of marketing in construction or manufacturing sector, but will consider other sectors.
Ability to learn technical information and communicate it in a simplified & accessible way.
Strong people, project and organisational skills.
Strong experience across a range of marketing formats – Digital, SEO, Email, Socials, Traditional, Events.
Excellent communication skills, driven to succeed and strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage marketing projects, which drive effective sales, growth and market share.
