Nurse Manager £60,800 Per annum Full-Time | Office & Floor Cover Cookstown We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded nursing home in the Cookstown area for a Nurse Manager (Monday Friday, 9am5pm) position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader seeking a stable, weekday management role within a supportive care environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, effective leadership ability, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The Role:

Provide strong, visible leadership to a dedicated and motivated multidisciplinary team Oversee the day-to-day management and operational performance of the home Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care to all residents Maintain and continuously improve clinical and social care standards Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to promote professional development Develop, review, and implement clinical policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements Manage staffing, resources, and budgets to ensure financial sustainability Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals

What Were Looking For : A fully qualified General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) A valid NMC PIN A minimum of 2 years nursing experience (Deputy Nurse Manager), with leadership experience desirable Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive, compassionate leadership style with a focus on quality improvement If you are an experienced nurse ready to lead a service and make a meaningful impact within a respected care home, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
