Home Manager Cookstown Full Time | £60,800 Are you an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager, Peripatetic Manager or Senior Nurse Leader looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in the Cookstown area. The Role Lead the day-to-day operations of the home Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times Support, develop and motivate the nursing and care teams What We're Looking For Active UK NMC registration Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse within the UK Strong understanding of elderly care and nursing home operations Previous leadership experience within a nursing home environment Excellent people management and communication skills Ability to lead teams through change and drive service improvement Budget management experience would be advantageous This role would suit an experienced Home Manager seeking a new challenge, or a strong Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Peripatetic Manager ready to step into a senior leadership role.
