Pay starts from £13.28 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week. Flexible hours up to 12 hours if you prefer fewer hours.

• Serve and greet customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and store navigation.
• Pick, replenish, and stock shelves while maintaining shelf presentation.
• Handle product with care, ensuring quality and best condition for customers.
• Support seasonal, community, and charity events to create inclusive atmosphere.
• Follow all store policies and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team, communicate openly, and build rapport with colleagues.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines in store that meet the needs of customers at the right time.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Motivation to take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
• Ability to work well within a team, communicate openly with others, and build relationships to create a team spirit.
• Be on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
• Knowledge of store performance, understanding of your role and how to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink and deliver profit.
• Working across the store service areas and picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Age 18+ required.
