Specification Sales Person

This is a full-time role based in Cookstown, combining on-site presence with the flexibility of working from the office. As a Specification & Sales professional, you will manage and grow client relationships by understanding their requirements and providing tailored surface finish solutions. Key responsibilities include handling client specifications, developing project proposals, generating sales leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless project execution through collaboration with the design and production teams.

You will also represent Surfaceform at client meetings, trade shows, and events, promoting the company’s services and values.

• Ensuring seamless project execution through collaboration with the design and production teams.

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or alternatively over 2 years in a sales role preferably in surface materials or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
