Keystone Lintels are recruiting for a Key Fab Project Co-Ordinator. Due to continuing growth within the Keyfab brand, we are now looking for a dynamic individual who is self-motivated, well organized with good communication skills and sound business awareness to be based in our Cookstown office. Upon completion of on-the-job training, the successful candidate will be expected to work on their own initiative within a vibrant Technical Sales Team and liaise directly with our customers.
Successful candidates will be exposed to all aspects of the business, including Technical, Sales, Production, Dispatch and overall customer service.
- Organise and deliver quarterly Keyfab updates to all 3 lintel offices.
- Monitor and action all incoming and outgoing quote and order information for Keyfab.
- Promote, drive and measure all Keyfab enquiries received.
- Qualify/Disqualify all Keyfab enquiries by making first call to the customer regarding a quote.
- Give a weekly update to all relevant internal stakeholders on Keyfab enquiry levels by Lintel site.
- Speak with production and dispatch teams daily regarding manufacturing lead times on Keyfab orders and share daily with all Lintel offices and external sales teams.
- Contact all customers regarding updates on their deliveries accordingly.
- Handle routine office administration as required to provide an excellent level of service to our customers
- Work closely and communicate daily with all internal stakeholders across various depts.
- Experience in working within a technical sales or manufacturing environment.
- Customer centric and passionate about delivering seamless buying experience for the customer.
- A confident communicator who can speak with several different business depts across multiple sites.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused, while still able to keep the big picture in sight.
- Have a passion and desire to develop your career within a fast paced, high-performance environment.
- Competent in Microsoft packages, e.g., Teams, Excel and Outlook.
