We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Area Sales Manager to lead the growth of our lintel and associated product sales across the Munster region of Ireland
. If you’re passionate about developing customer relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional service within the construction sector, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted brand, manage key accounts, and play a vital role in expanding our market presence.
What you’ll be doingAs our Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers across your territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building, managing and maintaining strong relationships with Builders’ Merchants, House Builders, Main Contractors, Brickwork Contractors and Specifiers.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities while maximising sales within existing accounts.
- Contributing to and delivering business development plans for key customers.
- Managing a pipeline of projects, ensuring quotations and schedules are produced within agreed timescales and sales opportunities are effectively tracked through to completion.
- Growing Keystone Lintels’ market share through the successful promotion and sale of our lintels and associated products.
- Acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the business, providing expert advice on our products and services.
- Keeping customer information, activities and opportunities up to date using our CRM system.
You’ll be a motivated sales professional with the drive to achieve results and build lasting customer relationships.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience with in the construction industry (highly desirable).
- A customer‑first approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- The ability to thrive in a target‑driven sales environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A self‑motivated attitude, with ambition and determination to succeed.
- A full, clean driving licence.
