You might currently work in retail, hospitality, customer service or another sales role. What matters to us is your approach to people, your organisation and your willingness to learn. Already working in car sales? Wed equally welcome a confidential conversation about what you could bring to our team. What youll do Welcome customers, listen to what they need and help them choose a suitable car.

Respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and test drives, and follow up with customers. Keep customers informed and organise everything needed for a smooth handover. Maintain accurate records and work closely with colleagues to deliver what we promise. Help keep our vehicles and display looking their best. This is a sales role, so youll need to be comfortable asking for the business and working towards agreed goals.

Someone who takes ownership and follows things through. Confidence using computers and a willingness to learn. A full driving licence. Previous customer-facing experience is helpful. Previous car sales experience is not essential full training will be provided. What we offer Basic salary agreed according to experience, plus commission, with on-target earnings of £45,000 and potential to earn more. Company car. Private medical insurance.
