Logistics Co-ordinator

Logistics Co-ordinator (Milk Collection) Role Purpose The Logistics Co-ordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and compliance support to ensure the smooth running of the milk haulage depot.

Key Responsibilities Transport Administration
- Maintain accurate records for milk collection volumes and delivery documentation.

- Update daily collection and transport data.

- Process driver timesheets, tachograph data, and compliance documentation.

- Support route planning and schedule updates. Operational Support
- Act as a point of contact for drivers, farmers, and staff.

- Handle inbound calls regarding delays or collection issues.

- Prepare reports and KPI summaries.

- Assist with onboarding paperwork. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure driver documents are up to date.

- Monitor tachograph downloads and compliance.

- Support incident reporting. Customer Service
- Communicate professionally with farmers.

- Provide timely information to processors and internal teams. Financial & Resource Administration
- Process invoices and purchase orders.

- Track overtime and staffing data.

- Maintain depot supplies. Skills & Experience Required Essential
- Administrative experience in transport or logistics.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Desirable
- Experience in milk haulage.

- Familiarity with transport systems.
