The Service Detailer position is responsible for washing and interior cleaning of all vehicles before redelivery, as well as more in-depth detailing services as required. The role may include detail inspections, exterior washing, waxing, buffing, and interior deodorizing. The candidate should be familiar with detailing tools and agents and demonstrate a detail-oriented approach. Strong paint correction skills with experience are required;

body prep experience is a plus.

• Wash, vacuum, and clean windows of service vehicles before they are returned to the client
• Thoroughly detail all vehicles before they are delivered to the client as needed
• May perform upgraded detail services as needed such as minor scratch repair, ceramic coating application, waxing, buffing, steam cleaning, etc.
• Demonstrate a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry

• 5+ years experience in automotive detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well under deadlines and demonstrates good time management
• Full-time hours, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and complete Lucid Training upon hire

• Experience in a luxury environment
• Certification from International Detailing Association or similar
• Start-up experience and related fast-paced environments

Base Pay Range (hourly): $20 - $28 USD

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. Eligible candidates may participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules.
