Pro Energy is seeking a dependable and safety‑conscious Startup Mechanical Laborer to support the commissioning and startup of power generation facilities. The position assists in the startup and commissioning of mechanical systems on large‑scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) power plant projects.

Travel: 90%

• Assist mechanical technicians and engineers with installation, alignment, and testing of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
• Help prepare and maintain startup documentation, including test records and punch lists.
• Follow instructions from startup engineers and electricians to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all site safety protocols.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions, drawings, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in harsh environments, in stressful situations and during unsociable hours.
• Must have legal authority to permanently work in the U.S.

• Previous experience on construction or industrial job sites preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced, industrial environment.
• Physically able to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work in outdoor conditions.
