Position: Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Location: 1541 N Arizona Blvd, Coolidge, Arizona 85228

Shift Availability: Evenings – Overnight

• Greet customers and run the register/ cashier functions.
• Make purchase and product suggestions to enhance sales.
• Work with the food program as required.
• Maintain store appearance and address customer needs across all areas of the store.
• Provide predictable onsite attendance.
• Deliver fast and friendly service while working as part of an energetic team.

• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
• Quick‑paced work ethic and problem‑solving mindset.
• Motivation to advance in a career and willingness to learn.
• Team‑oriented attitude and flexibility.

• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, potentially requiring ladder climbing for materials or signage.
