Plant Controller

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, finance, and HR administration. This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee-related programs while partnering with leadership to support business growth, operational efficiency, and process improvements.

• Lead all accounting and finance functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis within a manufacturing environment
• Manage payroll, employee benefits administration, HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and personnel records with the third party HR service provider
• Maintain internal controls, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and strategic business decisions
• Serve as a key resource for both financial and employee-related matters across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Manufacturing and inventory accounting experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, budgeting, and financial reporting
• CPA or prior Controller experience is a plus
