Typical DayHelping others is what we do best here. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will focus on how to wow clients now and in the future. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, match clients with the best‑suited tax professional, ensure all client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, maintain office cleanliness, and perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range$11.00 - $27.00/Hr.
