Top Line Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Top Line team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals.
Tellers provide a full range of information and assistance regarding all Top Line products and services. Accept and process various financial transactions, accurately and efficiently promotes credit union products and services, provide excellent member service through use of sales and referral skills to ensure members’ needs and expectations are met.
A successful Teller will be able to do:- Provide top notch customer service to our members by providing a warm, friendly face and delivering personal service to meet each member’s individual needs.
- Help our members with all of their basic financial needs like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, escort member in and out of safe-deposit area, and answering basic account questions.
- Identify opportunities to offer Top Line products and services to our members that can help them reach and manage their personal financial goals.
- Balance cash drawer and checks.
- Travel to other branches in designated area as requested/needed. Serve as a back-up to the other Float Teller when they are out covering their designated branches.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Teller Supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Basic math, data entry, and keyboarding skills.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Minimum of one year experience with new accounts
