What You'll Do:
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and evaluation of home care services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures with staff input.
  • Ensure staff training, supervision, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain high-quality care and assist with direct resident care as needed.
What You'll Need:
  • Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
  • 3-5 years’ experience in nurse management
  • Proficient with Eldermark Software
