We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment to join our Human Resources team in New Hope, MN. The ideal candidate will be an independent, self‑starter with excellent communication skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a professional manner to help achieve corporate goals in a manufacturing setting.
Base Pay Range$60,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr

- Administer various human resources plans and procedures for company personnel; assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns arise
- Conduct employee onboarding/offboarding
- Assist with benefit orientations and open enrollment, as needed
- Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
- Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company policies and governmental laws and regulations
- Assist with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development programs
- Monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction
- Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of policies and procedures
- Partner with leadership and provide administrative support as needed
- Support recruitment efforts for various positions and participate in on‑site interviews
- High school diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience required
- HR certification (PHR/SHRM) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage confidential information, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change
- Proficient in ERP systems, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to travel to local hiring events, career fairs, other plants, etc. as needed
- Demonstrates a passion for relationship building and connecting with others
