Sales Executive

This position is responsible for achieving digital revenue sales goals and developing and mentoring the local advertising sales team in APG-Central-Minnesota. The role serves on the Central MN Executive Committee and collaborates closely with department heads.

The Digital Sales Executive will manage digital marketing solutions and services for the region, harvesting new business daily. The leader will coach, model, and mentor Multimedia Account Executives in each market to maximize revenue opportunities related to digital services, including:

• Website Display
• Programmatic
• SEM/PPC
• Targeted Email
• Video
• CTV-OTT
• Social Media
• E-Newsletters
• Emerging solutions

• Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and stay current with emerging opportunities.
• Manage digital advertising strategy (business, sales, technical).
• Assist with budget development and projections.
• Measure effectiveness of campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
• Spend ~50% of time prospecting new business in the East Central Minnesota region.
• Spend ~40% of time training staff and creating optimal solutions with Multimedia Account Executives.
• Ensure accounts receive superior customer service (metrics, check‑ins, etc.).
• Report to the Regional President and VP‑Digital.

• Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Proven experience leading integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong work ethic; familiarity with Google Suites and data collection.

Base pay range $40,000 - $60,000 (DOE), plus commission.
