As a Principal Network Architect, you will serve as the senior technical authority responsible for the strategy, architecture, and modernization of Voya’s global network infrastructure. This highly visible role will lead the design and governance of hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, datacenter, security, and connectivity architectures across the enterprise.

You will partner with executive leadership, engineering teams, cybersecurity, and infrastructure stakeholders to build scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions that support Voya’s long‑term technology strategy.

This position follows Voya's flexible work model. Candidates may be considered for remote or hybrid work arrangements based on business needs and geographic location.

• Define and maintain enterprise network architecture standards, reference architectures, and governance frameworks.
• Develop long‑term roadmaps supporting cloud adoption, datacenter modernization, Zero Trust initiatives, and network transformation.
• Serve as the senior architectural authority for network‑related technologies and strategic investments.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and highly available technical solutions.
