How you will make an impact:

We are seeking an Executive Director. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of this 'Stand Alone' site, working in conjunction with the administrative team and department heads to plan, problem solve, and supervise to ensure total quality care. You will exercise independent judgment and initiative. You must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to the residents, families, visitors, and staff at all times.

Your major job functions will include establishing and directing the overall operation of this 'Stand Alone' health care facility and housing. You will establish, review, and uphold resident care, personnel, emergency, quality assurance, and all departments' policies and procedures.

Schedule: This is a Full-Time position with Daytime hours, Monday - Friday.
What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or business administration, preferred, OR 5 or more years of work-related experience.
• Current Minnesota LALD license required.
• Proficient with Eldermark Software preferred.
