Level 3 CNC Mill​/Lathe Machinist - Additive Weekend Shift

CNC Machinist – 4th Shift (Friday – Sunday 5am – 5pm)

Base pay range: $20.38/hr - $35.72/hr.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000-$5,000 dependent on level of experience!

• Operate milling & lathe CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on milling & lathe CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Complete tool changes.

• Operator experience with milling or lathe CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

• Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments.
• Previous experience with tight tolerances.
• Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines.
• Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines.
• Experience troubleshooting Milling CNC Machines.
