OverviewCretex Medical, part of the rms family, provides contract manufacturing of high‑quality, tight‑tolerance medical implants and components using cutting‑edge technology. The role supports the manufacture of critical medical device components.
Shift & Compensation2nd
Shift: Monday‑Thursday 3:30 pm – 3:30 am
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000‑$5,000 (depending on experience)
Pay Range: $20.38 – $35.72 per hour
- Operate Swiss CNC machines to produce medical device components.
- Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent performance.
- Complete tool changes.
- Operator experience with Swiss CNC machines.
- Strong math background; preferred machine math/shop math.
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience using a microscope.
- Experience in measuring equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.
- Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments.
- Previous experience with tight tolerances.
- Programming experience with Swiss CNC machines.
- Experience with setup on Swiss CNC machines.
- Experience troubleshooting Swiss CNC machines.
