Shift: Monday‑Thursday 3:30 pm – 3:30 am
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000‑$5,000 (depending on experience)
Pay Range: $20.38 – $35.72 per hour

• Operate Swiss CNC machines to produce medical device components.
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent performance.
• Complete tool changes.

• Operator experience with Swiss CNC machines.
• Strong math background; preferred machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Experience in measuring equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

• Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments.
• Previous experience with tight tolerances.
• Programming experience with Swiss CNC machines.
• Experience with setup on Swiss CNC machines.
• Experience troubleshooting Swiss CNC machines.
