** Aesthetic Nurse (RN)

* What You’ll Do:

*** Deliver a variety of medical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments
* Provide exceptional clinical care with attention to safety, accuracy, and consistency
* Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before/after photos
* Educate guests on treatment options, retail products, and membership benefits
* Support guest retention by creating confident, results-driven experiences
* Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention
* Maintain a clean, professional studio environment in accordance with protocols
* Collaborate with team members to support studio sales and marketing initiatives

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Active RN license in the state of practice
* 1–3 years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training preferred
* Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence
* Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High ethical standards and a commitment to continuous learning
