About the role:

We are looking for a Quality Manager who will champion product quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role oversees audits, manages compliance, and collaborates with customers and suppliers to ensure excellence at every stage. The Quality Manager also mentors a skilled team, drives strategic quality objectives, and serves as a key contributor to organizational growth. Success in this position means setting the standard for safety, quality, and productivity while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday – Friday at our Coon Rapids, MN location and it requires 10-15% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards and driving system improvements.
  • Plan and manage audits for processes, products, and QMS adherence.
  • Oversee product quality and customer compliance, including APQP, PPAP submissions, and control plans.
  • Manage corrective actions and continuous improvement projects, using data analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Coach and develop the quality team, fostering professional growth and ensuring timely completion of quality-related tasks.
  • 10-15% travel is required.

Educational Background and

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

3–5 years of experience in a quality management role or similar position.

Strong knowledge of quality concepts and tools such as QMS, auditing, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and calibration.

Lean and Six Sigma certification (preferred) with proven continuous improvement experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint, along with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
