As the leader of the Restaurant Management Team, the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for caring for the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and maintaining operational excellence.

• Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Create a service experience so good the guests can’t wait to come back.
• Practice problem‑solving and decision‑making to resolve issues efficiently.
• Promote a “Customer First” attitude with your team.
• Commit to teaching and growing your team.
• Promote proper procedures and maintain a culture of food safety.
• Balance high‑quality employee and guest experiences with operational metrics and financial goals.

• Lead the management team to achieve our employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Obtain or be willing to obtain Serv Safe certification by the end of training.
• Have reliable transportation to attend training and other job tasks.
• Be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range $48,500.00 - $63,000.00 / year
