Overview

The Home Depot is seeking a Freight/Receiving associate. This role ensures the store is stocked and ready for business each day, loads and unloads trucks, moves materials from the receiving area throughout the store, and may operate forklifts. The position may involve direct customer interaction and requires excellent customer service skills. The Freight/Receiving role may include positions such as Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate, and Receiving Support.

$18.50/hr - $19.50/hr

• Load and unload trucks and move materials from the receiving area throughout the store.
• Stock merchandise and ensure proper on-hands and pricing for customers.
• Operate forklifts where applicable and follow safety procedures.
• Provide direct customer interaction as required by the position.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store readiness and availability of products.
• Roles may include Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate, and Receiving Support.
