Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1144) s role focuses on delivering a strong guest experience through operations, visual merchandising, and product knowledge in Style, Tech, and Beauty.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and apply insights to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the sales floor, and locate items in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signed displays.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing items from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while adhering to applicable laws and policies.
• Greet guests and engage to help solve their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurate cash handling as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions and remain mobile during shifts.
