• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross‑trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and provides correct change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
