Specialist, Social Work, Community Health

As a Supported Apartment Specialist of our Supported Apartment Program, you will support people with disabilities to successfully live in their own apartments and participate in their communities. You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life. Work full time, part time, or on-call as your schedule allows.

• Schedules: Weekday, evening, overnight, and weekend positions available
• Wage: $14.00 per hour

As part of our team, you will support people with disabilities in the following areas:

• Promote hobbies and recreational activities
• Assist with meal planning, grocery/personal shopping, & cooking
• Provide support with medical appointments and medication administration
• Provide education & opportunities to problem solve with regards to safety skills, apartment maintenance, social interactions, and self-advocacy

What you will bring to Opportunity Partners

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a MN Driver's license to drive our company vans
