• Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and account reconciliation
• Enter routine journal entries and bank transactions
• Conduct month-end closing and reconciliation activities
• Execute bank reconciliations and adjust accounting information as necessary
• Support department peers and collaborate with multiple business units

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of experience in accrual basis accounting, including accounts receivable and bank reconciliation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage projects effectively and demonstrate good business judgment
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential for this position

• Experience in working with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge
• Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
