• Record journal entries, oversee accounts receivable, and perform account reconciliations for various accounts ensuring data accuracy and identifying discrepancies
• Support the month‑end close process by preparing journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Contribute to the preparation of SEC financial statements through analysis, validation, and reconciliations
• Implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance and strengthen internal controls
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues

• BA/BS in Accounting preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Excel required; familiarity with SAGE Intacct, , Brex, Numeric, and Floqast preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
