• Oversee all Accounts Payable operations, including vendor management and payment processing
• Manage annual 1099 filings and ensure accuracy in expense reporting
• Reconcile client passthrough spend in collaboration with the Accounts Receivable team
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Develop and enhance AP policies and procedures to streamline processes

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 6 years of General Ledger accounting experience
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience
• Proficiency in Net Suite, Expensify, and advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of GAAP and current accounting standards

• Experience in an agency, digital media, or other high‑growth environments
