Accounts Receivable Assistant

• Manage and reconcile assigned customer accounts to maintain or lower the employer's accounts receivable balance
• Aid in the collection of overdue accounts and resolve customer issues
• Prepare reports using Microsoft 365 and provide insights on slow-paying customers
• Maintain complete records on all accounts, documenting collection efforts and issue resolution
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, sales, and account management teams

• Prior work experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at CEF B2 level or above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of basic finance and accounting principles

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and techniques
• Prior experience with Microsoft 365 Financials and Salesforce
